Corporate law firm Herzog Crebs LLP has signed a seven-year lease for 22,130 sf (the entire 14th floor, I believe) in the Bank of America Tower at 100 N. Broadway and will take occupancy in September 2008. The firm is moving from its current space in One City Centre.
With 25 attorneys, Herzog Crebs is tied for 28th on the St. Louis Business Journal's listing of the largest law firms in St. Louis.

Ouch,
Who else is left at One City Centre? Is the owner trying to get rid of everyone, or is just bad timing for them.
Good question - I'm wondering if having fewer tenants will actually help Pyramid's rehab plans go more smoothly. Sandberg Phoenix is the most significant remaining tenant in the building.
This lease is definitely good for the BofA Tower though - that building has been doing well lately.
At least they stayed downtown.
As for One City Center, it probably is best to have the building empty so that a full rehab can take place.
Hopefully once the rehab is complete combined with progress on the MX district, the space will be far more attractive.
Hey AB, want to abandon Sunset Hills?
